In that case the USP of SMS is lost where it is positioned to reach
your most personalized tool - Mobile phone of a person and is targeted at
the eyeballs of that particular person.

The medium of Newspaper or Hoarding is different as it is not directed at
single person where newpaper is not viewed for single purpose its viewed for
different reasons and Hoarding is in Public space where your roving eye
catches it whereas the SMS intervenes into your personal space where you
have the freedom to view it or delete it.
