We have been evaluating few SMS gateways to send out text, images
from our backend (PHP, Java, .Net). Unfortunately we are unable
to freeze on any provider (mainly due to lack of tech support).
All providers claim "we can do it" but we just cannot find
documentation to test.

Any pointers is appreciated.
