Dear Mr. Poddar,

This has reference to the following correspondence which is self explanatory

Greetings from Finpro Mumbai!

I take this opportunity to introduce my organization 'Finpro' to you. Finpro
is a trade promotion organization affiliated to the Ministry of Trade and
Industry, Govt. of Finland. In India, we have our offices in New Delhi and
in Mumbai.

Finpro promotes the internationalization of Finnish companies worldwide. Our
basic services cover areas like market surveys, market research, feasibility
studies, cost comparisons, entry strategies of Finnish companies into India,
technology transfers, licensing, franchising, Greenfield investment and
local manufacturing & acquisitions, project export and many other activities
to strengthen the market position of companies. (To know more about Finpro,
kindly visit our website at: www.finpro.fi http://www.finpro.fi/> )

Invest in Finland (IIF) is a national organization promoting foreign direct
investment in Finland. It is funded by the Ministry of Trade & Industry,
Govt. of Finland and the aim is to have more foreign companies operating in
Finland. It has worked as a good partner with Indian companies. They have
assisted Indian ICT companies to establish their business in Finland like,
TCS, Wipro, Tooltech, Zensar Technologies, Blue Star Infotech, Infosys, etc.
They have good domestic network in all Finnish IT cities. They offer
advisory services and relevant information to foreign companies interested
in establishing or expanding a presence in Finland. They provide assistance
with questions such as opening a sales office, mapping potential merger &
acquisition targets, setting up a research and development facility and/or a
manufacturing unit, or expanding existing operations. All their services are
free of charge. To know more about IIF, please visit their website:
www.investinfinland.fi http://www.investinfinland.fi/>

Meanwhile, Finnish enterprises are researching several methods of
off-shoring. According to the survey produced by SITRA (The Finnish National
Fund for Research and Development), as much as ¾ survey respondents
indicated that they are likely to start off-shoring within next few years.
This shows that there is market potential for companies specializing in
off-shoring software solutions.

I would like to inform you that Mr. Jari Angesleva, Investment Director of
IIF and Mr. Keith Bonnici, of TEKES would be visiting Bangalore during 27th
October to 4th November 2006. They have requested me to arrange a meeting
with you and with your colleague Mr. Rajan Thiyaga Maruthavanan to discuss
the current developments in the Finnish Software Industry.

In view of the above, I shall be thankful, if you could give an appointment
to Mr. Angesleva & Mr. Bonnici on Friday, 27th October, 2006, at 9.30 AM, at
your office, if your time permits.

I look forward to receive a line of confirmation and full contact details of
your company from you soon.

With best regards,
