Hello all,

Have you folks ever come across factory seconds for mobile phones,  
the way seconds are available for clothes and shoes?

If I want to buy a very large number of phones for a very cheap price  
and am not particularly concerned about a scratch in a corner or even  
what model the phone is as long as it can make voice calls and send  
messages, where do I go?

Is there such a concept at all as factory seconds for phones?
